Both our ‘Rest-and-Digest’ and ‘Fight-or-Flight’ modes enable our bodies to do great things, howeve in this modern age we have lost touch with and started to see our ‘Rest and Digest’ mode as a luxury and something that is reserved for holidays, where we should actually be spending most of our time in that state.
